Capabilities
Every step that turns a file into a finished silicone label happens under one roof — colour mixing, printing, curing and quality inspection.
Six in-house capabilities
Because the whole chain is internal, we control the schedule, the colour and the finish — and we answer for all of it.
In-house colour mixing
Silicone pigment is mixed and cured in our own workshop. We verify the mix against the Pantone reference you provide before it goes anywhere near production.
Mould making & die-cutting
Silicone moulds are produced from your artwork, and finished labels are die-cut to your exact contour — any shape, from simple badges to detailed crests.
Multi-layer screen printing
Each colour is printed as a separate pass with careful registration, giving clean edges and reliable colour separation on multi-colour designs.
Heat curing
Labels are cured under controlled temperature and time so the bond reaches full strength and the surface stays smooth and glossy.
Quality inspection
Strict QC is implemented in every production process — colour, dimension, bond, edge finish and packaging are all checked before goods are released.
Packing & export
Goods are packed by colour and size with export documentation prepared for shipment to European and US destinations.
Eight steps, one schedule
From the moment your file arrives to the moment cartons leave the gate, the sequence stays the same on every order.
Artwork Review
We read your vector file and confirm the construction, size and colour count are feasible.
Mould & Sample
A prototype is made and sent for approval, along with a physical Pantone chip for colour sign-off.
Colour Mixing
Your colour is mixed in-house and checked against the approved reference.
Printing
Every layer is printed and registered by hand on our printing stations.
Curing
The label is heat-cured to lock in the bond and the surface finish.
Die-Cutting
Finished badges are cut to the final contour and edges are cleaned.
Inspection
Each piece is inspected against the approved sample before packing.
Dispatch
Packed cartons are prepared for export with the documents you need.
Machines and workstations
Long production tables, dedicated printing stations and heat press equipment for curing — the physical infrastructure behind a consistent label.
